New Roof! URGENTLTV owns the building and rents the land from the Town of East Hampton. It is a corrugated airplane hangar type building with offices and studios. After 30 years the roof is aging out. We’ve done several repairs on it already and have been told that it’s time. During heavy rains we have water leaking in several parts of the building.
We’ve gotten estimates from several companies who handle commercial buildings and estimates start at 236k up to 356k.
As a Not-for-Profit, those numbers are not within reach. We are seeking loans and grants plus donations to help offset loan possibilities.

Carlos Nakai, Navajo-Ute master of the Native American flute; then later in summer with a Juneteenth Jubilee with Eastville Community Historical Society, Music for the Soul with Sitar Maestro Ustad Shafaat Khan and his fusion band East Meets West; a Celebration of Black Culture on the East End hosted by Ambassador Sujay Johnson Cook; and more concerts and events to be announced as LTV brings the world to East Hampton.
