LTV Fitness Studio

The LTV Fitness Studio is a community-centered wellness program offering a mix of FREE, studio-audience fitness classes and low cost premium classes — designed to make fitness accessible while supporting the long-term sustainability of the studio and LTV.

This hybrid model allows LTV to provide inclusive wellness programming for the community while reinvesting paid participation directly back into public access, production, and nonprofit operations.

Free Studio-Audience Classes

LTV offers a rotating schedule of free fitness classes open to the public, filmed in-studio and shared across LTV platforms. Free classes ensure that cost is never a barrier to participation and that wellness remains part of LTV’s core public mission.

​Paid Classes & Premium Experiences

In addition to free programming, the Fitness Studio offers paid classes, workshops, and specialty sessions led by experienced instructors. Paid classes help make free access possible. The LTV Fitness Studio is built on a simple principle: community access and sustainability can work together.
